The Top 10 Hyatt Finds for 2026

If there's one thing I've learned after years of traveling on points, it's this: not all redemptions and reward programs are created equal.

Some stays are fine. Some are nice. And then there are the ones where you look at the cash price and think, "There is no universe where I would've paid that." Those are the ones that keep me going.

I stayed at a lot of Hyatt properties in 2025. A lot. And these ten were the standouts. The ones where points, perks, and timing aligned so perfectly that I walked away thinking I'd hacked the system. (Because I did.)

Yes, they're all Hyatts. That's intentional. Read why I love Hyatt (and you should too) here >

These are my recommendations heading into 2026. Categories and point costs can shift year to year, so always double-check before you book, but these properties deliver.

1. 7Pines Sardinia, Italy

Category 8 | ~45K points/night

This is the crown jewel. Summer cash rates run $2,000+ per night. My redemption? 45K points per night, which works out to about 4.44 cents per point.

Cliffside views. Beach clubs. Michelin-Guide dining. A Globalist breakfast that honestly feels criminal. This is what people picture when they think about points travel, and it's the reason Hyatt is unmatched.

2. Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, Texas

Category 3 | ~9K points/night

This hotel is absolutely unhinged value. We stayed three days and bought one lunch the whole trip. Hyatt fed my family of four the rest of the time.

It's in the heart of the River Walk, walkable to everything, with a club lounge that can feed an entire family, a heated pool, a deck, and a game room. I took my family here twice this year. 9K points plus this location plus club access is absurd.

3. Andaz Miami Beach, Florida

Category 6 | ~25K points/night

Miami, but calm.

Gorgeous pool and beach setup. Excellent food. Cool Andaz design without the chaos. Globalist breakfast here is legit. Not sad buffet energy. It's so pretty it feels like art. You almost feel bad eating it. Almost. OK, not really, it's too good. And yes, the restaurant is by Chef Jose Andres, and you can absolutely tell.

4. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Orlando, Florida

Category 4 | ~15K points/night

I didn't even go with my family on this one. I went with two friends, and we felt like absolute royalty.

Champagne at arrival. Photos with the cutest parade. Incredible food. Long soaks in steaming hot tubs surrounded by nature. Massive pools, endless activities, exceptionally friendly staff, and reliable upgrades.

This is a resort where elite status actually changes the experience. I kept looking around thinking, how is this Orlando? It felt transportive and indulgent and wildly elevated. The kind of stay that reminds you why status matters when it's done right.

5. Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, Spain

Category 4 | ~15K points/night

One of the best club lounges I've ever experienced.

Breakfast was unmatched. We had special Globalist seating. The club lounge was crazy good. Free drinks? Yes, please. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, calm, and filled with light, with beautiful views that make you want to slow down. It's right on the metro (red line), with easy access everywhere without the crowds.

We were so happy here we honestly could've skipped sightseeing and stayed put. We made it a point to swing through every day for the free wine and snacks, because that's just good planning.

Effortless, comfortable, and quietly luxurious. Exactly how a city stay should feel.

6. AluaSoul Mallorca Resort, Spain

Category B | ~20K points OR low cash

That beach alone makes this stay.

Huge rooms. Semi-private beach. Shockingly affordable. Excellent breakfast. This is one of those rare places where cash actually makes sense too.

7. Grand Hyatt DFW, Texas

Category 5 | ~20K points/night

Canceled flight? Yes. Staying in the place the airline gave us vouchers for? Absolutely not.

This hotel is right at the airport, practically next to security, with incredible soundproofing that gave us the best sleep during what should've been total travel chaos. We only had our carry-ons, and they brought us food, toiletries, accepted airline vouchers. This is customer service done right. The staff here know how to handle disruption.

8. Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, Texas

Category 6 | ~25K points/night

My personal reset button.

I went three times this year. That should tell you something.

Lazy river, slides, petting zoo, s'mores, movies on the lawn, horseback riding, fishing, bikes, spa, golf, pickleball. This place just works.

9. Grand Hyatt Vail, Colorado

Category 7 | ~30K points/night

True ski-in, ski-out luxury.

Stunning alpine setting. Beautiful rooms. Shuttle to take you into town for food and drink. Hot tubs with stunning views. Worth every point in peak season.

10. Hyatt Centric French Quarter New Orleans, Louisiana

Category 4 | ~15K points/night

Three adults. No couples. One massive room.

We literally did cartwheels (Madison nailed it, I did not). Right in the middle of everything. They provided us with food and drink credits. Cheap, central, fun. Exactly what a city hotel should be.

The Bargain Bougie Takeaway

These weren't accidents. They were strategic redemptions. The right program. The right timing. The right loyalty.

One thing to keep in mind: Hyatt properties get reviewed and recategorized yearly. These were their categories when I stayed in 2025, and they may shift for 2026 and beyond. Always check current pricing before you book.
